Welcome to Expensive Skin Tattoos Studio. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [X] hours in advance to transfer the deposit.

Age & Identification

• You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo.
• Valid government-issued identification is required before your session.

Health & Safety

• You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect the tattooing process.
• We have the right to refuse service if a health risk is identified.

Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
• We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Design & Artwork

• All tattoo designs are custom and remain the intellectual property of the artist.
• Changes to a design must be requested before the session begins.

Liability

• We are not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare.
• Clients must follow provided aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
